Something To Hold On To
There’s a space for you at Stubbs Copse on Friday 25th September. No agenda, no pressure to talk, just a group of women slowing down together for one evening.
This gathering sits with hope. What you’re still holding on to, what you’ve stopped waiting for, what you’d quietly like to believe is coming. You don’t need to arrive with an answer, and you don’t need to arrive feeling hopeful. Some women will want to say something out loud. Others will sit and listen. Both are welcome, and neither needs explaining.
A short meditation opens the evening to help everyone settle. Later, our facilitator reads a poem to the group, chosen to give us something to sit with together. We close with tea and cake, because good conversation deserves a proper ending, not a rushed one.
This isn’t a workshop and there’s nothing to learn or achieve. It’s an evening set aside for rest, for company, and for the kind of connection that only happens when nobody’s checking the time.
Friday 25th September 2026, 18.30 to 20.30. Stubbs Copse Woodyard, Arundel. £10, donations on the night. Fifteen places.
